Job Description
Location: Multiple customer support locations exist for this position. Address position specific support locations with JRAD’s Hiring Manager.
Position Type: Full-Time
Level: Seeking candidates at all levels from entry level to senior positions requiring advanced degrees and experience.
Travel Required: Travel may be required to support customer mission requirements but is not anticipated to exceed 25%.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide contracting support, monitoring the terms (i.e., progress, plans, invoices, and payments) of contracts and subcontracts and recommending modifications, as necessary, to adapt to changing program needs and technical findings.
  • Draft documentation (e.g., solicitations, Purchase Orders (POs), modifications, Determination and Findings (D&Fs), Price Negotiation Memorandums (PNMs), Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT), Statements of Work (SOWs), Source Selection Plans (SSPs), CDRLs, etc.) for contracting officer input and approval, ensuring that it is compliant with DoD and FAR guidelines.
  • Facilitate expedient adjudication by Government team leads during the document review process.
  • Additional duties commensurate with position roles and responsibilities may be required by specific customers.

Minimum Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • *Some position levels and specific customer requirements may require a degree in an Engineering specific related discipline.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
