C. Daniel Rowe, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years of experience in science and engineering research and development, Dr. Rowe has extensive experience in individual protection equipment, medical technologies and chemical threat areas. Serving as a Senior Science Advisor for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) Joint Project Managers (JPMs), Dr. Rowe is a recognized expert in technology transition, science and technology, and strategy development. Michael J. Diederen
Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years of experience in test and evaluation, Mr. Diederen is an expert in sound experimentation, research, T&E program documentation development, modeling, concept development, and operational and developmental program guidance. Leading strategy and solution development, Mr. Diederen combines his leadership skills with hands-on effectiveness to minimize program risk while maintaining cost, schedule, and performance requirements. B.S. Terri J. Hague
Chief Operations Officer

With over 15 years of contracting and operational experience as a Department of Defense (DoD) contractor, Mrs. Hague has expertise in contract administration and negotiation as well as application of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) principles. Terri Kocher
Technical Director

With over 25 years of technical and leadership experience in Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) T&E oversight support, Mrs. Kocher provides an enterprise program integration perspective and analytical expertise. She specializes in characterizing program impacts and developing approaches to address cross-cutting and evolving risks and threats. M.S.
