JRAD Awarded $249M Army CBRND Contract

STAFFORD, VA., OCT 16, 2018 – JRAD was recently awarded TWO U.S. Army contracts supporting the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), each with a ceiling value of $249M.

These contracts were competitively awarded as part of the Joint Enterprise – Omnibus Program, Engineering and Technical Support (JE-OPETS) Acquisition (ACQ) program and Business, Engineering and Information Technology (BEI) program to support the JPEO-CBRND, including its Headquarters, Directorates and five Joint Project Managers (JPMs). The JPEO-CBRND manages a diverse portfolio of critical warfighting capabilities requiring an approach for cohesive and innovative total life cycle systems management to rapidly respond to customer needs in a cost-effective manner. This contract will facilitate the JPEO-CBRND in meeting the schedule-drive, critical solutions of the Warfighter across the JPEO-CBRND Enterprise.
