Job Description

Geographic Location: Aberdeen, MD
Position Type: Part-time

Role and Responsibilities  

  • Research, develop, and maintain all Residential Seminar (RS) and On-line Training (OLT) evaluation briefings as part of the Test and Evaluation Basic Course (TEBC) to be in compliance with ATEC, Army and DoD policy.
  • Conduct RS briefs on Evaluation topics and answer questions from students.
  • Attend all TEBC Review Council (TRC) meetings and provide advice/comments on T&E subjects.
  • Assist the government in verification of changes to all OLT and RS evaluation modules to include slides, exams, narration, and synchronicity of vocal enunciation with slide animations.
  • Conduct proof of concept studies.
  • Assist in developing processes and mechanisms to ensure comprehensive test readiness, recommend efficiencies and transition science and technology (S&T) data to inform test for optimization.

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related science discipline
  • Ten (10) years of U.S. Army T&E experience supporting the Defense Acquisition System
  • Experience researching, developing, maintaining, and conducting technical instructional programs and/or training
  • Proficiency in:
    • System evaluation strategies, planning, analysis, and reporting
    • Requirements and measures of effectiveness, suitability, and survivability development
    • Relationships between measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, and how both types contribute to accomplishment of unit missions
    • Developing and analyzing measures of performance
    • T&E WIPTs and/ or ASTs, to include conflict resolution with acquisition program stakeholders and decision makers on T&E topics

Security Clearance

  • Must have current eligibility for a Secret DoD security clearance (interim acceptable)
