Job Description
Location: Multiple customer support locations exist for this position. Address position specific support locations with JRAD’s Hiring Manager.
Position Type: Full-Time
Level: Seeking candidates at all levels from entry level to senior positions requiring advanced degrees and experience.
Travel Required: Travel may be required to support customer mission requirements but is not anticipated to exceed 25%.

 
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a cost analyst, supporting the program business manager with cost estimating and the formulation of the program’s budget and financial obligations, as well as providing advice in all areas of program cost analysis, schedule, and performance.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to senior leadership.
  • Develop requirements process cost estimates and projections.
  • Produce cost benefit analyses.
  • Assist in development cost models.
  • Serve as financial experts on IPTs.
  • Provide cost estimating support for requirements, acquisition, and contracting documentation as required (e.g., Capability Development Document (CDD), Capability Production Document (CPD), Key System Attributes (KSAs), Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), Program Office Estimate (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, etc.).
  • Perform analyses and assessments of Contractor cost estimates and change proposals.
  • Training other budget and cost analyst staff in acquisition cost and schedule expertise.
  • Additional duties commensurate with position roles and responsibilities may be required by specific customers.

Minimum Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • *Some position levels and specific customer requirements may require a degree in an Engineering specific related discipline.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
