Job Description
Location: Frederick, MD
Position Type: Full-Time
Level: Seeking candidates at all levels from entry level to senior positions requiring advanced degrees and experience.
Travel Required: Travel may be required to support customer mission requirements but is not anticipated to exceed 25%.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide management, coordination, operational and technical support to programs within the JPEO-CBRND portfolio.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of daily staff operations, support the Government lead on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide guidance to senior Government leadership on agency programs.
  • Assist in performing all tasks associated with acquisition program management in order to lead the overall program acquisition strategy.
  • Develop and implement technical and programmatic plans, measures, and progress reports.
  • Monitor program schedules to ensure proper resources have been allocated and risks are recognized and mitigated.
  • Gain concurrence, approval, and consensus from stakeholders on various issues.
  • Develop, provide, and present program information.
  • Respond to external requests for information.
  • Prepare and review all policy, acquisition and technical documentation.
  • Communicate issues regarding product development, storage, and sustainment.
  • Oversee fielding.
  • Additional duties commensurate with position roles and responsibilities may be required by specific customers.

Minimum Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • *Some position levels and specific customer requirements may require a degree in an Engineering specific related discipline.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
